Admission Criteria

We are delighted to announce that admissions are now open for the upcoming academic year at Shaheed Bishan Singh Mem Sr. Sec. School. We believe in nurturing young minds, fostering creativity, and providing a holistic educational experience that goes beyond textbooks.

Admission Criteria For Session 2025-26

1. Parents can apply for admission of their child for classes by downloading the Registration form available on the school website. (Registration Form) or walkin to school and submit the form

2. Duly completed Registration Form along with the relevant/applicable documents to be submitted at the school reception along with the registration fee of Rs. 25/-.

LIST OF THE DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE REGISTRATION FORM:

1. Copy of the first term Result sheet from the previous school (of the class last attended).

2. Date of Birth Certificate issued by a competent authority.

3. Proof of residence: Ration Card/ Aadhar Card/ Passport.

4. Medical Certificate issued by a Registered Medical Practitioner

• Acceptance of the admission form/ appearing for the test does not confirm admission.

• The shortlisted applicants will have to appear in a written test.

• The decision of the Management in all matters will be final.

• The selected students will submit the following original documents at the time of admission for verification :

  1. Final Report Card.

  2. SLC of the child countersigned by the Education Officer.

  3. Copy of the Transfer Certificate of Parent in case of change of state.

  4. Document / Proof related to the Parents Identification 

GUIDELINES    FOR   FILLING   THE   REGISTRATION   FORM   UNDER GENERAL CATEGORY (OPEN SEATS)

The process of Nursery admission at Shaheed Bishan Singh Mem. Sr. Sec School, Mansarover Garden is commenced for the Academic Session 2025-2026 from Monday, 25rd November 2024.

1.Information and guidelines pertaining to the admission process are appended below:

• Age Eligibility: Children born between 01.04.2021 and 31.03.2022 (03 years to less than 04 years as on 31.03.2025)

**As per DOE circular, age relaxation for admission of upto 30 days may be granted at the level of the head of school in the minimum and upper age limit for these classes. The parents may request for the same through email/ manual application.

2.Registration:

• Online Registration:The Online Registration Form will be available on the school’s website www.sbsmschool.com from Monday, 25rd November 2024 to Friday, 27th December 2024.
• Offline Registration:Hard Copy of Registration Form will be available at the school reception office. from Monday, 25rd November 2024 to Friday 27th December 2024 between 8:30 am to 2:30 pm on all working days on payment of Rs. 25/-. Last day of submission of hard copy of form is 27th December 2024.
   

3.Admission shall be granted as per point system (subject to verification of documents of applicants).

• In case the number of applicants with the same points exceeds the number of seats available, then a draw of lots will be conducted to determine the order of applications.
• *Scores will be calculated automatically by the software in case of online applications/ manually for all applications submitted as hard copies.

4.Guidelines for Filling ONLINE Forms

• This is an online registration form for Shaheed Bishan Singh Mem. Sr. Sec School, Mansarover Garden. Please read the instructions carefully, before filling the form.
• You may access the Google map for referring to the aerial distance between the school and your residence.
• A Copy of the registration form will be sent to the email -ids mentioned in the registration form. Take a printout as a proof and quote this Registration Number for all further correspondence with the school.
• Original documents are to be produced at the time of verification. The date and time of verification of documents will be intimated through email by the school.
• Incomplete forms will not be accepted by the software.
• The Registration will be considered incomplete if the payment of Rs. 25/- is not made.

5.General Instructions (OFFLINE & ONLINE)

• Only  one registration form will be accepted for one applicant either online or offline. Each form will bear a unique Registration Number
