We would like to inform you that a special session with the school counselor, Dr. Komalpreet, is scheduled for parents of students of Classes X and XII. The session will take place on 19^th October 2024 at 9:00 AM in the school auditorium.Please note that only parents who attend this session will be permitted to participate in the subsequent Parent-Teacher Meeting. We kindly request your cooperation in adhering to the scheduled timings.

*IMPORTANT GUIDELINES*
Dear Parents,

Please find the enclosed important guidelines regarding: Picnic for classes VI to XII (GIRLS) to Worlds of Wonder Noida on 21st September 2024 i.e Saturday.
*Reporting Time to School: 7:20 AM*

*Departure and Return*:
* Buses will leave the school immediately after attendance in morning and will depart from Worlds of Wonder, Noida, around 3:00pm in the afternoon.
* Students will reach back to the school by 4:00 PM. Parents must arrange to pick up their ward from the school at 4:00 PM.
(Teachers will inform parents in the WhatsApp groups before leaving Worlds of Wonder in the afternoon)

*Meals and snacks:*
* A meal will be provided for the children at the venue.
* They may carry light snacks and a water bottle in a small, labelled picnic bag, for travel.

*Dress Code:*
Children should come in proper SPORTS UNIFORM with their ID card (mandatory).
*Costume Note:*
Students can either bring their own swimsuit as per the guidelines given on the website of Worlds of Wonder; else it is available at the venue.
(please note, if swimsuit is not as per the guidelines Worlds of wonder has the full right to refuse the same, and in that case child will be given from them.)
** PLEASE NOTE: If the costume taken from the Worlds of Wonder gets torn or misplaced by the child ?250 will be charged extra.*

*Suggested Things to Bring*:
* Towel
* Sunscreen
* Sunglasses
* Plastic or Waterproof Bag – For wet clothes.

*Prohibited Items:*
* Mobile phones, Cameras, Smart Watches, jewellery and other valuable items are not allowed.
* The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage.

Greetings of the day!

Summer vacations are in their final phase, and we hope students have utilized this time well for revisions, homework, and fun time with family and friends. We await our students with full enthusiasm.

Please note:

1. School will reopen for Classes 6 to 12 on Wednesday, 3rd July 2024.
2. School Timings:
- Classes 6 to 11 (including class 10): 7:20 am to 1:50 pm
- Class 12: 7:20 am to 2:30 pm
3. No child will be allowed to attend school without the proper uniform and shoes starting from Wednesday, 3rd July 2024.

Please note new white unform for girls is available at Ansh Uniform
Girls wearing white suits (class 1 to class 12) must change to new white SBSMS school uniform by Half Yearly examinations. Boys uniform and girls brown uniform remain the same.

It has been observed that carrying excessive weight can impede your child's physical development. Hence, we kindly request your cooperation in ensuring that your child brings only the necessary books to school as informed by teachers.
NOTE: Bring to the notice of school administration if information lacks from teacher’s side.

Additionally, we urge you to use lighter bag materials, pack lighter lunch boxes, avoid bulky pencil boxes, and opt for compact water bottles.

This is a reminder that, as previously communicated, taking HALF-DAY OR EARLY LEAVES FROM SCHOOL IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED/ NOT ALLOWED. This rule applies to regular school days as well as examination days. Please ensure that your child is present for the full duration of the school day.
The school will not entertain any requests for early leave or half-day dismissals. In the event of a forced request or emergency, your child will be marked as absent for the day including exam days. This decision is crucial to maintain an uninterrupted learning environment

To gear up for our upcoming Annual Sports Day Game On-2023 of middle and senior segments, we have given SBSMS sports t-shirts to students today.
You are requested to arrange an off-white plain sports bottom/ lower to be worn under the sports T-shirt and off-white sleeves (thermals and leggings are strictly not allowed). Please ensure no other color is acceptable, and sports shoes is compulsory.

Please maintain the uniformity in unform for the program.
